I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff here are super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, and I was even lucky enough to get upgraded to a room with direct access to the pool! The breakfast spread is delicious with plenty of choices, and the restaurant staff were brilliant when I had dinner there. The swimming pool is big and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is also great, with easy access to the city center and Medina. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I was really surprised by the complimentary phone provided by the hotel. It made communication in Marrakesh so much easier, with unlimited local and international calls. The self-erase feature upon check-out was a great privacy feature. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are really good, friendly, and considerate. Beautiful and clean ground floor rooms with direct pool access. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Beautifully decorated throughout with a fine lobby and nice bar to relax in the evening.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the market and other attractions. It was also conveniently situated in the town, making it easy to explore and visit shops. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with bright and clean bathrooms. The staff were pleasant and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of tasty options, and there were even sliding doors in some rooms that opened up to a pool and pool chairs, providing a lovely view.
The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, as some guests mentioned bathroom issues such as ants and hair in the bathtub.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious. The pool was beautiful and we spent most of our time relaxing there. The breakfast was very good and there was a nice cafe next door. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free.
Nothing to fault. Everything was perfect.

Had an amazing experience during our New Year stay! The hotel offered free breakfast and a lovely spa, the perfect way to relax and start the day. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The location was great, with shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to explore and try different cuisines. the staff was helpful and attentive, catering to our needs and ensuring we had a pleasant stay.
Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks.
